As silly as it is, it is better than the cops in NYC that missed the mentally ill person shooting his finger gun at them, and hitting 2 bystanders, FROM 15 FEET AWAY, he was in the middle of the street, they were on the sidewalks.

Me thinks the exams to be a cop needs to include tougher marksmanship and anti asshole testing
