Agreed! Make no mistake when an activity is made illegal that *might* result in victims, it is not for our protection or "the greater good" it is for MONEY. These prisons are run by private companies and make a shit load of money on each and every prisoner. If someone who is hopped up on 'this or that' commits a crime that results in a victim (which is already punishable by the way) then they should be dealt with under the rules of the law.

Besides, are we free or aren't we? Not so much it seems.
