Whether or not weed, alcohol, {insert any other substance} is dangerous for you isn't the question. It's should we (a) kidnap individuals who voluntarily take these substances or sell these substances and (b) create victims out of others (property theft, taxation to house them) who had nothing to do with these people?

Clearly, no. It's like this: If there's no victim, there's no crime. If you choose to do crack in your basement, there's no victim. If you choose to do crack and you kill someone in a car, there's a victim. See? It's fucking easy.

Besides, Portugal decriminalized drugs 10 years ago and now their addiction rates have been cut in half; because instead of throwing them in rape cages, they get them help.
