drug convictions, nor felonies prevent you from getting a passport, or getting into any countries. Only country that seems to have really strict immigration for any crimes is Canada. Probation/parole are the only things that might prevent travel.

I'm a drug felon and I've been to 30+ countries, never had a problem one, except when re-entering US. Canada has tried to bar my entry but can not, as i am a dual citizen, once they realize they, they open the gate.
