I wouldn't call that quite a few, moreover:

Sure, within a few states and a few parameters, it's illegal to travel in that lane. That's very speciific, almost ramdom, i.e., rarely/not enforceable.


Even so, my point also includes NATIONAL requirement. There is no legislation such as speed limit legislation or seat belt legislation at the national level to deal with the issue.
