I read it. It says this:
"In the case of Andrew Gilligan, he was present at a polling station in Mile End, when some of these men have tried to turn away women voters for “not being modestly dressed”"
So, and I am sorry you are still struggling with this, you said that women were denied the right to vote because of how they were dressed. I asked you for evidence of this, and you found something that didn't back up your claim.
As I said, this is really not hard stuff.
If you *still* think it happened (despite no evidence), why do you think no-one covered it? Don't you think it would have gotten HUGE coverage?
