Colombian studios are the fastest growing in past 2 years. Outnumbered several east europe countries (not Romania, but Czech for sure, and perhaps Ukraine).
Their internet it can be fast, I have a Medellin studio on the site with lots of rooms all very fast, perhaps it is slow in the forests
