More than a few times I've been at strip clubs in Houston where the guys I was with got rub and tugs in the VIP area.
There was also the dumb ass bar near Marshall, Texas that the stripper gave one of the guys in our party a blowjob for $100. It was all pretty straight forward. "Blow me for $100" and then the girl was like "okay". She dragged him off to a dark corner of the club, blew him and when it was over they returned to our table and he paid her $100.
However all of that said, if you are looking to get laid, a strip club isn't your best option, unless you have a LOTTTTTTT of cash.
You'd probably have better odds at a small bar, where you spend money buying some dumb girl drinks.
