I want a simple list of hardlinks arranged by the top referrers. Like so:

<a href="topsite2.com" title="In: 393">Topsite 2</a>
<a href="topsite1.com" title="In: 302">Topsite 1</a>
<a href="topsite5.com" title="In: 211">Topsite 5</a>
<a href="topsite3.com" title="In: 187">Topsite 3</a>
<a href="topsite4.com" title="In: 91">Topsite 4</a>

I have used ArrowTrader for this sort of thing in the past, but I don't need all the extra traffic trading features -- just the hardlinks toplist.

Any recommendations?

Bonus internets for suggesting a script or plugin that is known to work well with WordPress.
