I once met a very sweet yet serious old lady that was extremely involved in real estate in the area I now live but back in it's hay day. We met at a neighborhood party.

She was dead the fuck on. You'll always have copycats in any business you are involved in. It's being there first and being the innovator. By the time people even think that they can catch up it's too late.
