tical is completely right about everything he mentioned.

if you train and eat right, you dont need any products, i recently dropped my pre workout. (just creatine + iso whey for me). if you do choose to go all out on the extras for even more help, might as well use cyp/enanthate since most products are terrible for you. think about it, most products were legal at one time because they dont know the long term effects, when the effects come to light, they are taken off store shelves but in that time, theyre bought by everybody

the only difference between people using some of those supplements and steroid users are the ones using the supplements are taking products with ingredients not yet banned.

obviously im not talking about all supplements, moreso the crazy pre workouts and test boosters ive seen.
