What they charged was that he said his diet was "easy". That was the deceitful thing he said? What ridiculous BS. The government just wants his money and he was a massive target. When they didn't get it, then the criminal charges came. Easy to get a jury of jealous envious people that have been taught to hate the successful in today's society.
