Haven to agree with you on that also. Depending on distance, it is no easy task to hunt with a rifle. Went elk hunting in Arizona, after winning a spot in the license lottery. To take down a large, tough, alert animal with a rifle is a lot tougher than people think. In fact, only someone who has never hunted would think that it's easy. Personally I was really impressed that this guy took down that hog with only one shot from a. 308. I have been hog hunting and seen smaller hogs take several much bigger rounds and just keep moving fast. Like you said. Try it yourself first and then express an opinion.
