And that is true, but also USA can do same to Russia, and that's why that will not happen.
When Russia was bring nuclear missiles to Cuba, USA was demand to remove it, because if they lunch it, Washington don't have time to lunch their nuclear missiles.
It's same situation with Ukraine right now just opposite sides.
