it's very simple, they trade their views and also they are marketing their clips on different places - forums etc.
many people still think that they only need only to make a good clip this days and watch how the views are increasing overnight without doing nothing
Unless is something extremely sensational or very, very catchy, then there is no chance to obtain million of views even in years.
Smart people know that they also need to market/exchange views in different places so that they clips are becoming popular, they treat the clip like a website, which implies promotion on different places to gain high amounts of traffic
