It can mean old - Its common to say 'look at the old geezer' - You could also say 'he is a bit of a geezer' - It would mean he is a bit of a lad - A bit full of himself...
You could threaten someone by saying 'Oi Geezer, you fancy a slap' - It means you fancy yourself a bit, get your head out of your ass or I will hit you.....
