Your statement makes sense for most people.. But I can in fact taste a difference in the meat I purchase... The cows that we get our meat from are raised on a farm 20 miles from here, all the cows come from that specific ranch.. They are fed much better ingredients from a farm that deals in its own sustainable grass/hay/feed, many factors are present in many meats.. depending on feed, grass, where the grass/hay came from.. some soils cause deficiency in some grass/hay, so the animal is not as healthy.. I also enjoy bison from a local farm from time to time.. and that tastes soooo much better than beef IMO.. and has much less cholesterol and fat..
