I have no ideal if he supported it or not. It' in the Constitution and you don't mess with the Constitution. ...Period... You would be suprised how many people in this country that had *NO* ideal what it was. People that have been to school 16 to 30 years and didn't know. Now that's a shame. Then when they found out they wanted to change it. Stupid pin heads. Guess what they still don't have any ideal. And they will not admit it worked just like it was supose to. The same people that had no ideal why it's there, have not bother to find out *WHY* it was set up. All they know is Gore got more votes and lost *STILL* to this day. Gore got cheated by our high court, were it should *Never* ended up.
