Just to vote on the thread - I think the
move it up and down the page would be counter productive as to what this site is attempting to achieve. Then again, fixed voting may be a great revenue stream but we already have stickies so...
I just think the "GREAT THREAD badge of honor" would be enough to keep a quality thread or discussion at the top of the page.
