I think it doesnt exist in Russia..maybe only in biggest Russian cities like Moscow and St. Petersburg....
anyway, who cares ? they always seemed to have some kind of Tzar in history, never a democratic rule...if its wise "enlightened" car like Putin now is (my opinion) maybe thats good for country ?
