You can expect to see people defend the position of their country (instead of the truth), so you don't need to speak russian to predict what is the propaganda.
Just watch what happens to those who protest in the street in russia, this gives you an idea of what you are allowed to think (don't worry the same thing happens more and more here when you are on the wrong side).
-2 "there is no Russian propaganda in Israel", no but there is Israelian propaganda in Israel. Israel wants more jewish people in its country to keep it as a jewish state, so you can expect to have nazis everywhere according to them. Again, i don't speak Hebrew or Russian (or far not enough), i just explain that it's predictable according to the interests of these countries.
Guess what ? Here they explain that Putin is crazy, while i see at least several reasons that explain putin's policy. You can't be crazy if your attitude is rationnal, so i conclude there is propaganda on the french TV...
