Great internet. Government? Well, it's a democracy and it's not to the left like Ecuador, Venezuela and Nicaragua. Noriega was a long time ago.
Hmmm. For some reason Panama always slips my mind. Don't know why. Will look at it closer. Thanks for the tip.
