bitstamp 3 days for a response, who knows when the follow up will be
so crak aren't the worst by any means, this is 70% rant at the end of one fuck of an unproductive day, and 30% hope that the powers that be there will look into what is obviously a flawed system - I'm guessing completely that a response to an ongoing ticket just gets put right at the back of all other tickets, so that when ticket submitter A is online and ready to go back and forth 5 or 6 times within 30 minutes and get the ticket resolved/closed, everyone with a ticket has to wait hours and hours because their correspondence is in a queue that doesn't prioritise.
Mostly just a rant, but yeah, it fucking sucks lol
