Personally I don't see that everybody complains of that. Every now and then someone posts a thread on GFY asking about Paxum support. Sometimes the poster does not allow 24 hours before they bring their query to GFY, and so our support staff hasn't yet had a chance to reply.
FYI - Usually our support staff will review each ticket and reply within 24 hours.
Occasionally we do experience a greater than normal level of support tickets, but even if there is a delay due to increased demand, we reply to every ticket.
Do you have any unattended or unassigned Paxum tickets yourself at the moment? If so, please let me know the ticket ID(s) and I'll look into it for you.
