We use Hesk. It's very simple to setup and get running. We only have a handfull of tickets per day, but I would think that it could handle anything that you would throw at it.
Not very feature rich, but it gets the job done, and it's like $40 to register.
If you have a ton of tickets, want chat, and lot's of people taking care of tickets you may look at ZenDesk.
