A very-very stupid idea, because:
- Russian tourists bring a lot of money to the countries they visit (for example while Spain is just thinking on abolition of visas, many others like Israel, Basil, Hong Kong etc have fully abolished their visa regimes).
- Regular Russians can not affect on what Putin does (he doesn't ask if I agree or not on his decisions).
So this will not work
