After ukraine decided to remove russian as official langage, a part of the country could feel oppressed since they speak more russian as ukrainian (and they don't seem to attack this russian army)
So since, you can establish that some leaders of european countries pushed the revolution in order to reduce the russian influence, i find what happens predictable... It's just my opinion.
