Big Mistake.
They are not Russians. They are Ukrainian citizens who speak Russian.
Back in the USSR days Russian language took over in many areas of Ukraine, and not Ukraine only but in many others Soviet Republics.
Once The Soviet Union collapsed those people
CHOSE to live in Ukraine, got Ukrainian passports and became citizens.
