Google is tough now days but if you can lift your traffic your ranking will follow. I used to do well on some keywords with generic names now i have to add traffic to get them to rank. Almost forget about google and chase traffic with back links it is increasingly harder month to month to get rank. Only advise is update regularly as you can google likes updates it also likes sites that receive traffic. For my non adult i have been blasting domains and ranking well as long as i am feeding them with cheap hits see sig.
