anyway, the different story is that....in normal country before signin some deal with EU or Russia you make referendum...and make people vote...to make decision on nations future and fate...
btw. , did Bush made some referendum before sending troops to Iraq ? i dont think so...(oh yes, he didnt because it was case of "national security" hahaha...)... so you know...each gov is bunch of power and money greedy liers....in each country...i prefer to be pussy greedy :P
