The specifics of tracking usually are not published and the affiliate is left to take what they can get or leave it. It's just how it is. With PPS or PPL you can pull out immediately with little lost if you are not satisfied with the numbers.

What scares me about Chaturbate revshare now is their past rep for disappearing combined with the fact that they really don't need affiliates anymore.
