I use Traffic Holder and as ErectMedia says "I generally can make money with quite a few brokers but takes time and a few wasted dollars to get your filters right. type of traffic, geo of traffic, white/black list etc... as bad sellers need to be filtered out at almost all the brokers. So your success depends on how much work/analyzing you put in. Just started promoting a sex toy store with traffic holder and sold a dildo pretty quick after starting the campaign. Actually sent some adult traffic to a mainstream site and made a significant $$$ sale as well. Made sales at Juicy Ads, Traffic Holder etc... along with some other sources that aren't as well known that I'll keep quite about, just gotta put the work in to filter out the trash." ... you can make this traffic source work.
