It's always something for someone.
It's hard to sell an umbrella when the weather is good for 8 USD... when it rains, you can ask 80 USD for the same umbrella. The law of supply and demand.
Another example is the stock market. If someone is willing to pay 100USD for a sheet of paper (virtually) hoping that it's value will rise.... go ahead.
