it's been a tradition already since the 60ties/70ties to wear the Bundeswehr Parka (jacket) with the german flag - even i had one and i am by far the opposite of a Nazi
it doesn't mean that everyone who wears a jacket like that is a peaceful hippie - but to assume that just because of that the german government would orchestrate a civil war in the Ukraine is so far from reality that i dont even have words for that.
