No, the people committing most of the crimes are targeted because they are the people committing most of the crimes most of the time.
Btw... when are "black people who really care" like yourself going to actually start addressing the problem? The countless murders of blacks by blacks, the violence, the crime etc? You gonna blame whitey all your life, because its easy and relieves an entire race of any personal accountability?
Or are you going to actually deal with the problem and confront it like a man?
