Not what OP is talking about. It is funny how people do not understand and give examples like that...

Op is talking about giving 100% of effort, meaning your absolute and theoretical maximum. No 101% is possible.

Or when you agree 100% - it is absolute maximum you can agree.

Etc etc.

It's not about situation when you earned 110% more, or when you made 110% more things or whatever.

Duh.
