When your girlfriend promises you something extra spicy for valentines day and then surpasses you for bringing her girlfriend into bed with you, she's giving you 200%.
When you give a customer a 1 month credit to your subscription site because of anything he was dissatisfied with, you are already giving him more than 100%.
