I need someone with experience, especially with PHP and API applications. I reached out to a local tech college here but they said they were not interested in posting anything unless it had a full salary... no wonder why people can't find jobs
The is salary for this, but at this time I can't afford to pay $120k/year salary to someone and would rather give them a big % of the company instead of someone else to be an investor.
