From what little I have found it appears he was jailed for violating his parole, they updated drc.ohio.gov/OffenderSearch/details.aspx?id=A590040&pg=x today with a new photo and changed his status to "INCARCERATED" more information will be posted as we find it.
We also noticed BayW.org an illegal file sharing forum owned and operated by Richard has gone down, we can only assume server bills haven't been paid or he got raided. (again)
