Better to be safe than sorry. I had an adult G+ Page too with a bunch of +1's and comments for my sites, blogs and links. No porn in the background images or avatar, although I think it was mostly my sblogs that got me deleted. Who knows for sure with them.
The email part really sucked, spent most of the morning updating all of my accounts to my new email addy on yahoo. They have IMAP access like gmail and I use thunderbird and IMAP.
Luckily I had the forethought and created this separate google account just for all my porn stuff and it didn't effect my main personal gmail account and email. Thank god....
Too many eggs in one basket is what I did. They gave me no warning whatsoever. After my experience, Aside from their webmaster tools, I really don't think it's wise to piss around with any of their services (especially blogger and G+) and porn. Use yahoo mail instead for your porn accounts just to be safe.
I really wish we didn't need those fuckers for 65% of the globes search traffic...
