The bottle in front is a Harlan Estates meritage, not a cabernet (authough there is cabernet in it), and it goes for about $800 a bottle in good vintages. Anyone who'd drink it with stilton should be shot.
Maybe an aged english farmhouse cheddar or rack of lamb
