iBill.com > iBill.net > Yolee.com

Just a warning to people here, that the tard Jonas Brown is probably behind Yolee.com too, and to avoid them like the proverbial plague.

The poor standard of english in this message, stinks of Jonas:

Greetings,

I am John Tucker, President of Yolee, Limited. You can see my photo on yolee.com. Allow me to be the first to let you know that as of February, 1st 2014 we have acquired all of iBill?s merchant accounts. As you may know, iBill has gone through some hardship over the past few months, and it is for this reason we felt it was necessary to step in and stop the bleeding.

As of Saturday Feb 1st, all transactions that pass through iBill will be paid out by Yolee. Your merchant rates will be lowered to 6.9% once the conversion is complete. You can see on our homepage www.yolee.com, there are no hidden fees like most processors. This means there are no ?per transaction fees?, no chargeback fees, and no refund fees. Just a flat 6.9% to process payments with us!

Due to the complexity in the way each merchant was set up with iBill, it will take a few weeks to get you all converted to our system. Our support team is available 24/7 via email and they will help get you set up when that time comes. For now we ask that you continue processing payments as normal until we notify you of the next step in the process. NOTE: there is no reason to register on our site at this time as this will only delay the process.

The Yolee payment process is a bit different than that of iBIll. Each Friday we transfer what is available to your account. You are not required to request withdraws. As long as you have over $25.00 in your account it will be transferred. We have the bank account info that was passed from iBill and if you need to change the funding account, please email our support department so they can get you the correct form to fill out.

When contacting Yolee, please use your iBill merchant ID as that is how we will identify you unit you account is moved over to us, then you new merchant ID will be in the following format xxxxxx-xxxx . You can contact our support department by going to yolee.com and clicking on the contact us link on the top right corner of the page.

In order to keep our rates at a flat 6.9%, Yolee does not provide any phone support. All of our support is via Skype or email, this ensures we have a full log of every merchant dialogue.

Any charges or monies owed prior to 2/1/14 will need to be taken care of through iBill. Again, we are only consuming transactions dated on and after 2/1/14.

Yolee appreciates your understanding while we complete this merger. I personally welcome any questions and look forward to supporting your growing businesses.

John Tucker
President
