We do call Italians and Greeks wogs, but its hardly the PC. If used in context it is a pretty offensive word.
The PC term we use for blacks depends where they are from. They are Aborigines/ aboriginals (although certain parts of the media has taken to calling them "original Australians", which is a fucking stupid phrase) or they are blacks immigrants who generally are referred to simply by country of origin. Somalian, Ugandan etc.
