Well, he's Spanish, ranting about foreigners, Basques, south americans, Africans, and whatever... he seems fairly earnest but judging from his darker than usual skin tone and the taped on swastika he may be messing about and just have a good poker face.
But neo nazis do tend to be braindead so he may be honest. Hard to tell.
