Those people who really wants to leave Russia - they do. You don't think that all these immigrants, who found the USA received free tickets, right? I understand if you'd mentioned "bad" Korea with dictatorship, but Russia...no. Save some money, work hard and buy a ticket - go to the USA and be prepared to work even harder and longer.
