Yep, tumblr will delete your account. I had only two links in the header, MFC PPL and SlutRoulette PPL. No banner, no pop-ads, no spam, nothing. But tumblr terminated my account.
Luckily I have +75000 followers and I talked a lot with tumblr support previously for several reasons.
Small spammy blogs has no chance.
