Amazon has a lot of exclusive TV on DVD stuff that neither of the others have.
Netflix has a family plan how that lets you stream to 4 devices at once. Coupled with their HUGE children's selection of content, this is a plus. Amazon doesn't seem to have an limits yet and neither does Hulu. Amazon has Nickelodeon and Netflix has Disney.
I also use Redbox instant, but that's mostly because it's been free and they've been giving me a ton of at the box rentals for FREE too.

you're right, the amazon exclusive stuff is family stuff though. no house of cards or orange is the new black, stuff of that caliber
