First of all, there's no proof that the damage is caused and whatever damage is caused is irreversable. There are many research papers that say that it's dangerous and just as many that say it's not.
Nobody has O.D. on MDMA but people have died from hypothermia, kidney failure and other stuff that is a direct consequence of not dropping E in a controlled environment and being stupid about it.
Regardless, stay the fuck away from it. It's so good it's scary and as we all know, if something is too good it's probably bad for you. If you still decide to do it and score some pure MDMA do not have sex on it 'cause all sex afterwards will be as much fun as chewing bubble gum.
