Also if you know anything about how DCMA's work... they contact you first to take down the content because they don't want to have to get lawyers and stuff involved because it costs the government to much money. I forget what the leeway period is that they give you because its been years since I got one (for an old website that I ended up selling). All I did was take down the reported content, respond and tell them that I did so and everything was fine.
