I've never been the hugest fan, (and sorry to MS fans but the "All-Schumi-All-the-Time" early 2000s were easily the most boring period i've seen), but I always respected his greatness. I'll never forget Spain '94 when he finished 2nd even though his car was stuck in 5th gear almost the entire race! Virtually everyone else (except maybe Senna) would have just parked it.

As others have said though, at this point it's all about pulling for him to have a good quality of life going forward.
